What EUDY does and how it functions?

The EUDY Board consist 5 board members, and they manage everything inside EUDY. The Board will undergo several tasks which are such as organising camps, board meetings, general assemblies, and doing the tasks of which the GA delegates have agreed at the GA. Based upon this the EUDY Board members will agree who will be responsible for which tasks according to their abilities and possibilities.
The Board aims to have approximately 5 board meetings in one year, and in these meetings we update each other about our work. After the update they plan what we are going to work with until the next meeting. The tasks are discussed and fulfilled as the EUDY Board meets.
The travel and accommodation costs of these meetings are usually supported by the individual member’s national association, or by the association to the host of the meeting.
