The delegates in the General Assembly votes on who nominates to be the President of EUDY. The President usually has the responsibility to plan the board meetings, and have overview on the board’s work and how the process is going for their duties. The President also has duty to sign documents on behalf of EUDY.

Vice-President:

The Vice-President of EUDY assists the President in his/her various professional duties. Should the President become incapable for work for any reason whatsoever, the Vice- President shall automatically assume all powers and obligations of the President for as long as necessary. The Board and the General Assembly of EUDY may decide about other professional duties of the Vice-President for the benefit of EUDY.

General Secretary:

General Secretary ensures good communication within EUDY. He/she manages reports and other official documentations of EUDY, including minutes of the Board and General Assembly meetings. He/she is responsible for the administration of EUDY files.

Treasurer:

The Treasurer manages EUDY accounts. The Treasurer performs all financial transactions related to EUDY. He/she has the authority to refuse to execute financial transactions that were not approved by the Board. The Treasurer must submit the financial report annually.

Members of the Board:

Board members are obliged to fulfil their responsibilities according to the delegates’ demands.
